AMDA

The Annual Meeting of District Assembly (AMDA) was held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the Ken Houston Memorial Agricultural Centre (1212 North Street, Dresden).

As per our Bylaws and Constitution the duties of a Delegate to the AMDA include:

• amend the Constitution, Bylaws and Policies
• approve the budget
• appoint an accountant to review the District’s financial records
• elect the District Executive
• receive and act upon reports and communications from the Officers of the District and Committees
• levy fees in a manner prescribed through the Collective Agreement, or in any manner prescribed by the AMDA
• follow District procedures in all matters affecting Members
